Big girl bed is a bigget milestone than I thought. It may be that you are used to getting what you want so far and this is the first thing we have both pushed back on. When i tuck you in, you are so brave. We go throught the routines: animals, blanket, songs and night nights. Then we hold hands for a bit and eventually you say ‘papa go.’ i can’t wait until you are old enough to read stories to. The chronicals of pyridan, harry potter, rold dahl (james and the giant peach) are at the top of my list.
