My Idea

Today’s idea is a tool for myself. Write a program that runs on my phone and records my location information. Then, on the server it can show me a time lapse of where I have been on a map. This information is highly personal but mostly boring. Could I sell it to a bidder? Only the day’s I want to sell or put more value on parts of the range. Program is installed on the phone and runs in the background pinging the server at a rate related to how far user has moved since the last time. Data is sent to a server and pretty graphs and maps are generated. Bonus - feed the web a list of credit card purchases and it will overlay that information with the day’s track on the map. Color each day so that as more and more routes build up one can separate the info a bit more.
