Mobile Thoughts

Idea muscle - iphone/pad app for real estate agents. They put in their houses or give it a list of addresses. The app goes out to zillow and gets the basic information and makes a pretty presentation. Along the way they can mark the ones that the client likes and email/publish a presentation (also iphone/pad optimized) of the ones they liked. $5 a month to use, the app is not charged for. Next Steps: Build a working prototype that can

  1. Take an address and get details from zillow.
  2. Assemble the details for each address into a property view
  3. Assemble the property views into showcase (yeah, shout out to The Price is Right here)
  4. A place for notes, thoughts and impressions of the property.
  5. A way to mark a property view to build the final showcase. The showcase showdown is a presentation of the most likely candidates or, the ones that looked most interesting and promising.

Other uses could include an easy way for a real estate agent to personalize, manage or promote their inventory.
