I’m thinking about the time spent on the details. Tying the double cravat in your tie instead of the easier. Making something look good, even behind the scenes where few will ever see it. Thats the key, “where few will ever see it.” Those few, the ones who ask, how did you do that or take the time to look and see for themselves. Those are the ones you were spending the time for. Those are the ones you want to talk to.
