  3. Save the consumer money on both ends with technology
  4. Explain the process and where consumer is in it with graphic / visual UI
  5. Educate for best industry practices at each stage
  6. Protect consumer from them self
  7. Give consumer tools to tweak process to their individual needs
  8. Give consumer communication and channels that they can use as feedback for a better transaction
  9. Make tools transparent to consumer
  10. Package the entire transaction into an archivable data driven application
