I’m suspicious of anyone who wants to agree to disagree

• It shows inflexibility
• Inability to look at an issue / problem from another perspective (w/o) losing sight of your perspective
• Lack of empathy
• Lack of curiosity (those who truly want to understand who world and people and individuals work want to put themselves into their shoes)
