Hannah learned to rinse herself off tonight. All on her own she started filling up the rinse cup and pouring it over herself. She only swallowed a few mouthfuls. Other things of note: She is starting to connect two words together, like “Hannah milk” or “up please”. Also, her repetition is getting stronger. When I was home with her on Tuesday we went through the books and flash cards several times. I said the words for new items like wagon and she was able to repeat it. It prolly helps that she really likes to pull and be pulled in the wagon we got for her. Her phonetics are a little funny sounding to me, she seems to draw out the syllables and is definitely exploring how to make the sounds with her mouth. It’s great fun to spend time with her. From what I can remember of my own and what I am observing with Hannah now, childhood is a magical time.
