MarSpeak

A tool for connecting the marketing aspect of a business to the sales (or customer for small businesses). The MarCom team creates the message for a variety of mediums: print/pdf, web sites: browsers, mobile devices and this includes sound and video. The customer or sales team, needs to get the right message for their medium. This needs to be distributed carefully and can be time sensitive. MarSpeak lets you upload your normal office productivity files and convert them into your message. The customer or sales rep gets the appropriate files for their region/time/permission/access level and consumes it how best suites them. I imagine for customers directly, they want to be entertained by the message. The sales folk want to be able to entertain their audience. This is a subtle difference and prolly important for those creating the message. From what I saw at TMO these folks are overworked, doing more with less and much of the time the prototype becomes the product whether it is web or print content. A business signs up and can choose to add access. The more access, the more it costs. Public access is free and can be used to demonstrate the product. Super users can control things: what messages are put into which channels, who had access to the channels and they manage this with an intuitive, info-graphic style dashboard.
