- Build a site for Charlene and show it to Eric. Pull her site content over, add some of her homes, show her what is possible with wordpress. Buy one of the themes but integrate zillow for search. See if Eric is interested in helping to sell it to her. See if you can make her site so that she doesn’t ‘need’ me.
- Set up the lights in one room to run programmatically and be monitored by a system for use, activity and other such things. See if you can interest Tendril in your skills.
